Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to steel design projects as part of a collaborative engineering team.
  • Utilize structural engineering software, such as RAM Steel or Tekla BIM Modeling, to develop efficient and accurate designs.
  • Travel occasionally during the first 18 months (approximately 4-6 weeks out of town every few months).
  • Engage with clients and team members to ensure project success and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
    • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (a plus).
  • Experience:
    • 0-2+ years of experience in structural design (steel design experience is a strong plus).
  • Skills and Certifications:
    • EIT Certification (a plus).
    • Proficiency with RAM Steel or Tekla BIM Modeling (preferred).
    • Strong people skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Eligibility:
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
