We are seeking two Analysts to join the Engaged Students team with Education First. You will collaborate with a Senior Consultant to develop research work plans, conduct research, and develop fact-based persuasive analyses. Our ideal candidates are problem-solvers with research and writing skills, as well as experience in education, and a strong commitment to student achievement. Analysts lead research efforts and support project teams to deliver outstanding work to our clients. New analysts will be invited to join the Engaged Students team, one of three operational teams aligned to our Focus Areas. Analysts are supported by a Consultant or Senior Consultant team. Primary responsibilities include:
Education First believes in coaching and supporting its staff members to meet their full potential. Over time, the Analyst will be expected and supported to develop skills in strategic planning, project management and client management.

Location & Compensation
You will primarily work from home, but you should be able to travel for in-person client meetings as needed (roughly 20% travel) once it is safe to do so from a public health perspective.
Education First offers a competitive salary in the context of a transparent compensation system, a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities. The range for this position is $64,000-$70,000, depending on experience and proficiency, with 20% of the offer determined by the local market trends ahead of the national market.
