As part of our ongoing commitment to learning, we also provide free college readiness resources for students, including test prep and refresher courses, as well as professional development resources for teachers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the content and assessment development for higher education, competency-based courses

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop curriculum

  • Develop clear, engaging, publish-ready curriculum including; tutorials, assessment items, instructional video scripts, and summative assessments

  • Rigorously align instructional goals with assessments and learning content

  • Apply backward design to scaffold a strategic and supportive learning experience

  • Apply style guide standards; reading level, tone, format, etc

  • Manage the content development process including team contributions, deliverables, refinement, and finalization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing curriculum for publication

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred in relevant field

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage content development cycle with subject matter experts

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with exceptional initiative and commitment to excellence

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working with undergraduate curriculum in the subjects of mathematics, business, or IT highly preferred (Calculus and Business Communications are first subjects)

  • Samples of work required
