Team Red Dog is looking for a Communications Specialist to support one of our top-tier technology clients in driving strategic messaging and content execution for our client’s most visible initiatives, including AI agents and M365 integrations. This fully remote position is ideal for a communications professional with strong writing skills and exceptional project management capabilities.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (8–10 years): Proven ability to drive content development and communication across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Written Editorial & Messaging Skills (8–10 years): Expertise in writing, editing, and developing compelling communications that resonate across stakeholder groups.
  • Detail Orientation & Comms Calendar Management (8–10 years): Demonstrated ability to manage a rigorous communications schedule and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to communications efforts that support the client’s flagship product experiences, including M365 and AI agent integrations into Windows. The Communications Specialist will work on a collaborative, international team helping drive awareness and alignment for high-impact initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

  • Own content development and editing for internal executive communications
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to shape and review messaging
  • Manage the structure, layout, and visuals of written communications
  • Develop slide presentations and written content for key business initiatives
  • Maintain a rigorous comms calendar and ensure timely execution
  • Ensure content quality and alignment with corporate messaging

The expertise you bring:

  • 8–10 years of experience in communications, editorial, or content strategy
  • Liberal arts degree preferred (not required)
  • Previous Microsoft experience strongly preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience managing corporate communication schedules and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail
