Team Red Dog is looking for a Silicon Program Manager to join our client’s silicon engineering team in Hillsboro, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced silicon chips and IPs, working directly on modules and test chips. You will play a key role in coordinating engineering teams, managing schedules, and driving projects to completion in one of the most advanced silicon process environments.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. 5–8 years of program management experience in silicon environments, including managing schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
  2. 4–5 years of experience with silicon engineering, with strong knowledge of analog silicon functionality and terminology.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

Opportunity Overview:
This role provides the opportunity to support the delivery of test chips and analog silicon modules for one of the industry’s most advanced process nodes. You will collaborate with engineering teams to manage schedules, organize technical reviews, and ensure accurate integration of components. This is a high-visibility position that will allow you to directly influence silicon development programs and gain experience at the forefront of chip innovation.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage the coding efforts of silicon engineering teams.
  • Organize and schedule reviews, meetings, and task lists to ensure timely progress.
  • Interface with engineering teams to consolidate inputs for test chip assembly.
  • Drive program/project schedules and deliver clear status reports.
  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide technical and analytical updates to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5–8 years of silicon program management.
  • 4–5 years of silicon engineering knowledge with a focus on analog silicon.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced Microsoft Office expertise.
