Our client, a global leader in technology and software, is looking for a Cloud Technology Consultant.

This position offers an opportunity to work with an expert-level engineering team focusing on automating training labs and developing scale motions to support field sales. The team’s work plays a vital role in advancing the learning and development of security teams, particularly in cybersecurity. As a Cloud Technology Consultant, you will contribute to automating training labs, analyzing and reporting automation, and troubleshooting related issues. You will support users in delivering technical content to enterprise customers, ensuring that they can effectively utilize the automated training environments. This role demands strong technical skills and the ability to provide strategic solutions for supporting security teams.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Minimum 2+ years experience with deployment of M365 Security/Defender.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with PowerShell and ARM Templates.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure Active Directory.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide analysis and reporting for automated environments built for customer Proof of Concepts.
• Ensure compliance with standards for system implementation, integration, and external interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated environments and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to various teams and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure systems align with company protocols and standards.

 Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of network security engineering or system administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Defender, Azure Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Proven track record of supporting large enterprises (1,000+ users).
• Familiarity with identifying threats and implementing security protocols.
• Experience with client management technologies such as SCCM, Intune, and GPO.
• Proven deployment experience in one or more of the following workloads:
• Microsoft Defender for Office
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Microsoft Defender for Identity
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to present in workshops.
