Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to support our client’s sovereign cloud team. This is a fully remote opportunity, working closely with engineering teams to create and deliver training content focused on sovereign cloud instances. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Training Content Creation – Minimum 8 years of experience developing comprehensive training materials, including SCORM files and similar formats.
• Engineering Collaboration – Minimum 5 years of experience working with engineering teams to create accurate and effective training content.
• Training Delivery – Minimum 5 years of experience presenting training to external teams or customers, including live virtual delivery.
• Technical Expertise – Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based services.

How you will make an impact:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to research sovereign cloud instances and develop comprehensive training materials.
• Create training content from scratch, including SCORM files and other standardized formats.
• Transform complex technical information into accessible, structured training programs.
• Deliver live training sessions to external customers via Teams calls, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from training participants to improve future content and delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting content and delivery methods as needed.
• Maintain and update training materials based on new insights and product changes.

The expertise you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in training development and content creation.
• 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams to gather information and create training programs.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical training to external customers or users.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience creating SCORM files or similar training content formats.
