Team Red Dog is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Software Asset Management Project Manager for our Redmond-based, multi-national computer technology client. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Software Asset Management (SAM): Minimum 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level software assets, including license allocation and reconciliation using tools like ServiceNow.
  2. Software Licensing Contracts: Minimum 2+ years of experience administering software licensing contracts and executing consolidation projects.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Minimum 1+ years of experience performing SQL queries and building Power BI dashboards for executive-level reporting.
  4. SharePoint Management: Proficiency in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites for documentation and collaboration.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead software licensing consolidation projects in partnership with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Define and execute best-in-class software licensing operations.
  • Build and manage Agile backlogs, ceremonies, and populate Azure DevOps (ADO) with project data.
  • Refine documentation and procedures to support licensing operations.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights using Power BI and SQL.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and manage communications through email and meetings.

 

The expertise you bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management or software asset management.
  • Strong written communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar SAM tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19770 standards and SAM best practices.
  • Certified project manager (PMI or PMP) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
