Team Red Dog is expanding its team and actively seeking a Technical Program Manager for our client, a multinational technology company with millions of users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with one of the industry's leading cloud computing leaders, ensuring their products perform at scalable levels and remain reliable for all consumers. 

Top Skills Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience with communication
  • 5+ years’ experience with a technical background in various fields
  • 5+ years’ experience with coordination as a Technical Project or Program Manager, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead Program Manager responsible for multi-cloud contractual delivery.
  • Define roadmap, strategy, and execution efforts for the team.
  • Proficient in data mining, report creation, and developing KPIs, with effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate across different geo locations, demonstrating technical depth to communicate efficiently at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging productivity/power user tools to create automation solutions at scale.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a program manager with engineering teams, showcasing proficiency in running services at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred for eligibility.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop tracking dashboards, explaining progress and pinpointing problem areas inclusively.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in Power Automate or automation scripting skills.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in Power BI and Excel queries.
