How you will make an impact:
• Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with company goals.
• Create content for newsletters, announcements, and executive communications.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure consistent, effective messaging.
• Drive employee recognition and engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for all communication projects and campaigns.
• Support global alignment across regions through coordinated communication strategies.
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within supply chain or business operations.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance communication efficiency is a plus.
