Team Red Dog is seeking a Software Engineer to support our client’s high-impact development team building enterprise-scale applications. This is currently a pipeline position for a potential role that will start in June. It is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to contribute to a range of implementation projects and system enhancements involving .NET, C#, and Dynamics 365. Opportunity Overview:
This role offers a chance to support sophisticated software implementation projects in a collaborative engineering environment. You’ll enhance and fine-tune business-critical applications while ensuring quality, scalability, and performance across systems.
How you will make an impact:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications and specialized utility programs
• Customize system software to meet client and functional requirements
• Write detailed specifications, test plans, and clean, efficient code
• Troubleshoot, perform unit testing, and resolve bugs found in both new and legacy systems
• Create migration packages for testing and implementation phases
• Conduct QA reviews and ensure successful software validation post-deployment
The expertise you bring:
• 8–10 years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 custom development
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with software testing, quality assurance, and migration best practices
