Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Python (8-10 years) – Building scalable applications and automation solutions.
• Synapse (8-10 years) – Managing and optimizing large-scale data processing.
• Kusto (8-10 years) – Expert in KQL for high-performance querying and analytics.

Opportunity Overview:

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, prototype-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled team to design, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability within a major technology organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Architect & Develop scalable software, hardware, and data solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Optimize Queries & Functions to improve performance, usability, and efficiency.
• Investigate & Resolve Data Issues by creating effective engineering solutions for data validation and hygiene.
• Maintain Compliance & Integrity of shared views and Kusto functions.
• Enhance Workflows & Systems by analyzing organizational processes and developing improvements.
• Lead & Mentor other engineers, providing technical direction and support.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Python, Synapse, and Kusto (KQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize large-scale data solutions.
• Strong background in technical leadership, mentorship, and solution architecture.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Onsite requirement: Candidates must be willing to work onsite five days a week.
