Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional software development projects for a high-impact team supporting enterprise clients and technical stakeholders. Opportunity Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to be the bridge between technical and business teams, guiding critical software projects from initiation through delivery. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, and executive stakeholders to define requirements, track project progress, and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope. Your ability to drive alignment, provide clear status updates, and facilitate user acceptance testing will be key to your success.
How you will make an impact:
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope
• Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
• Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Define and manage test plans, rollout plans, and user acceptance testing
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and present to steering committees or sponsors
• Ensure use of proper project management and systems development processes
• Provide program/project schedules and regular status reports to executives
The expertise you bring:
• 8–10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps, project management methodologies, and technical documentation
• Experience managing budgets, tracking project resources, and executive-level stakeholder communication
• PMP or comparable project management certification
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Prior Microsoft experience preferred but not required
