Sr. Program Manager - Global Media and Partnerships (Part-Time)

Team Red Dog is looking for a Part-Time Senior Program Manager for Global Media and Partnerships. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving Microsoft’s global paid media strategies and managing strategic partnerships in arts, sports, and entertainment. Work with top executives and high-profile projects like Microsoft’s NFL partnership and Super Bowl media campaigns.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • 8+ years of experience with SharePoint.
  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • 8+ years of experience with PowerPoint, particularly deck building and creation.
  • 6+ years of experience with Program Management.

Opportunity Overview:

The Global Media and Partnerships team plans and executes Microsoft’s paid media strategies, manages creative agency relationships, and drives partnerships. This role supports senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, working closely with the Corporate Vice President, Chief of Staff, and the broader team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Program Management:

  • Lead cross-team projects to meet evolving business needs, such as business continuity plans and immersive learning programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate stakeholder engagements and team events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Deliver internal communication assets, such as quarterly All Hands slides, Teams channels, and Global Media SharePoint site updates.

Business Operations:

  • Align objectives with organizational strategy to achieve goals and drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Business Manager and leadership teams on responsibilities, including business continuity, required training, compliance, and culture initiatives.
  • Support operational needs for leadership meetings, ROB calendars, vendor reporting, and early-in-career programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive accountability within the team to ensure execution of core business activities.
  • Develop and maintain content for internal communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business planning, operations, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a flexible and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
