Team Red Dog has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical Writer for our client’s team that is helping to identify, measure, and mitigate Responsible AI issues in enterprise products powered by generative AI technology. This role is ideal for those passionate about Responsible AI and eager to contribute to impactful projects alongside a global technology leader, their Search Assistant and Intelligence Science resources.

Opportunity Overview: As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting Responsible AI (RAI) efforts for the organization’s enterprise products, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary Research and Product teams. In this role, you’ll develop methods, tools, and resources to identify, measure, and mitigate risks associated with generative AI. Ideal candidates will have a background in linguistics or social sciences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring experience in large enterprise settings, such as Microsoft. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-level stakeholder interactions and workloads efficiently are essential. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying patterns of potential content risks, establishing guidelines, and creating measurement artifacts for Responsible AI assessment.
