This is a high-visibility opportunity to build a single source of truth for an organization’s end-to-end product launch processes. You will play a central role in improving efficiency, reducing errors, and creating structured, scalable documentation that serves as the foundation for cross-functional collaboration. This role offers strategic ownership, executive visibility, and the chance to shape how process knowledge is captured, maintained, and shared across a large enterprise environment.
How you will make an impact:
• Develop, track, and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets across multiple documentation-focused workstreams
• Select and implement tooling platforms to host and manage process documentation
• Convert and standardize legacy documentation (including Word documents) into Markdown and structured Wiki-style formats
• Conduct current-state assessments to identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated workflows
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate, refine, and document accurate end-to-end launch processes
• Create standardized templates aligned with industry best practices
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define business requirements and future-state process improvements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and ensure documentation accuracy before rollout
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses and executive-level updates to project sponsors
• Ensure project management methodologies and systems development processes are properly utilized
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PMI certification preferred
• 5–7 years of professional project management experience
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technical applications and business functions
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with process visualization tools and structured documentation platforms

• Extensive experience building and managing Wiki-style documentation environments from the ground up
• Strong technical foundation, such as a Computer Science background, combined with practical documentation and tooling expertise
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, structured, user-friendly documentation
• Highly organized and proactive in driving milestones across defined workstreams including Tooling Selection, Template Development, Current State Assessment, Future State Definition, and Gap Analysis
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement and responsiveness to feedback
• Comfortable discussing process documentation strategies, Markdown implementation, and project governance in panel-style interviews
