As a centralized point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth hiring processes, managing high-volume requests, and contributing to business success.

  • 3+ years of strong communication experience (written/verbal/discretion/confidentiality)
  • 3+ years managing high-volume operational tasks in a related field

Opportunity Overview:

The Talent Operations Coordinator is a key vendor liaison and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting department. This role is responsible for managing requisition data, ensuring compliance, and facilitating a seamless back-and-forth communication process between different stakeholders. You’ll own the hiring requests for specific business units, ensuring that requisitions are created, tracked, and managed in accordance with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
  • Point of contact for net-new and backfill request/approval process
  • Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and admins to create requisitions in recruiting systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy across all systems and maintaining proper communication with all relevant parties
  • Partnering closely with admins and hiring managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Tracking and reporting end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring requests

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced operational role, ideally in recruiting or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requests efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with a high sense of urgency
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
