As part of the gaming shell team, this role will contribute to designing and implementing streamlined gaming experiences for PC users. The position emphasizes minimal meetings, enabling the engineer to focus on coding and improving user interfaces. You’ll have the chance to work on high-impact projects directly influencing gaming technology for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Fine-tune and improve sophisticated software implementation projects.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain gaming and user experience-related features on Windows platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to address technical challenges through chat and calls.
• Analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions.
• Code new programs, customize existing software, and create test data for validation.
• Conduct unit testing and quality assurance reviews, ensuring system reliability.
• Resolve bugs and optimize solutions for enhanced user experiences.

Qualifications/Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in XAML and C++ for coding and user interface development.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with large systems software design and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (not required).
• Experience in the gaming industry or with Microsoft technologies.
