• AI Tools and Product Ownership (8+ years): Experience working with AI tooling—ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem—and leading product lifecycle planning from ideation to execution.
• Technical Requirements Writing (8+ years): Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritization and Trade-off Management (8+ years): Skilled at backlog refinement, sprint planning, and navigating competing stakeholder demands.
• Cross-functional Communication (8+ years): Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in collaborating with engineering and customer-facing teams.

How you will make an impact:

• Write and manage detailed product requirements and functional documentation.
• Prioritize features and deliverables using Azure DevOps, balancing customer needs and engineering timelines.
• Participate in stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage a Dynamics 365 instance and customer portal.
• Support the integration and scaling of AI tools designed to address cyber threats.
• Create product mock-ups, summarize customer input, and translate business problems into clear solutions.

The expertise you bring:

• 8–10 years of experience in technical product management.
• Proven experience working with AI-driven tools or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong background writing and managing requirements in a technical environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing backlogs and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (required).
• PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
