Opportunity Overview: Our client, a highly accredited organization in the public sector is seeking a very qualified candidate, like you, to fill a business analyst role. We are seeking someone who can help create the best user experience for a newly implemented business system. Someone with your cooperative spirit and analytical mind is exactly the type of person we are looking for.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Help to create relevant business analysis content such as business process diagrams, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Support enterprise-level analysis, identifying business needs and capability gaps.
  • Research and analyze user centered design (UCD) practices to create the best and most informed user-experience.
  • Develop analysis plans that track all key analysis activities that make up the implementation process.

    Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Science).
    • 5+ years of experience with large scale projects that became increasingly more complex.
    • Ability to use a wide range of BA tools and techniques used for analysis, documentation and modelling, and validation.
    • Experience developing and implementing a variety of desktop and distributed software systems involving web-based user interfaces.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Visio, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, Google G Suite.
  • Expertise in one of the following areas: quality assurance, data modelling, or database design.
