Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced?Content Writer – AI & Internal Communications?to support our client. This fully remote opportunity combines technical writing, AI-powered communication, and internal content marketing to support major technology rollouts across the company. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, using cutting-edge tools to shape internal messaging and communication strategies.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Technical Writing & Internal Communications (7+ years): Strong experience creating internal communications, promotional materials, and content enhanced by AI tools
• Project & Time Management (7+ years): Ability to manage content pipelines, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects independently
• Visual Asset Creation (7+ years): Experience using tools like PowerPoint or Adobe to create compelling visuals and marketing materials

Why is this role interesting?
This is a net-new role supporting the End User Engagement Experiences team, which leads the internal rollout of new technologies. You’ll help drive communication strategies and readiness for tools like Copilot, while pushing the boundaries of AI-generated imagery and content. It’s a rare chance to blend storytelling, design, and AI in a high-impact, enterprise environment—with flexibility and visibility.

How you will make an impact:

• Write content that is clear, concise, and aligned with internal Microsoft style and brand guidelines.
• Create marketing materials, imagery, and presentations using PowerPoint or Adobe tools.
• Manage internal communications deliverables across web content, blogs, emails, and SharePoint pages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical topics and translate them into accessible, engaging content.
• Support promotions across internal channels like Viva Engage, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Publish content using mass email and internal publishing tools.
• Track communication metrics and provide top-level performance insights

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Public Relations (required).
• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, internal communication, or content marketing.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and visuals.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple content types—from blog posts and email campaigns to slide decks and SharePoint sites.
• Previous Microsoft experience preferred (minimum six months within the last five years)
