This role supports Microsoft Digital Global Support by advancing a centralized reporting platform known as the Digital Nervous System (DNS). Built on Microsoft Fabric, DNS integrates ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources to track operational performance, enable AI-driven insights, and drive continuous service improvement.
You will work at the intersection of IT support operations, analytics, and AI innovation—helping shape how global service teams measure performance and make strategic decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to AI/ML-powered service transformation within a leading-edge enterprise environment.
How you will make an impact:
• Maintain and enhance documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
• Design, build, and optimize dashboards and reports using single and multiple enterprise data sources
• Develop solutions to ingest, store, and visualize data from new systems
• Build AI/ML models in Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Improve dashboard usability and interactivity based on stakeholder feedback
• Deliver recurring training sessions to help end users understand and leverage DNS metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to implement new reporting solutions and enhancements
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services
• Experience using Azure Machine Learning for no-code/low-code model development
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow backend data and ITSM modules
• Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and DAX
• Working knowledge of SQL and KQL
• Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise data models and structures
• Experience conducting UAT for dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain metrics and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
