Team Red Dog is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to support our client, a leading global technology company. This fully remote role supports core business application analysis and data systems projects, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, SQL, Power BI, and project management. Candidates must be able to work PST hours.

• Program Management (5+ years): Experience in corporate settings managing information and solution management projects.
• Technical Project Support (4+ years): Handling escalations, developing business requirements, test plans, and solution validation.
• Data Analysis & BI Tools (4+ years): Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate for technical data solutions.

Opportunity Overview: This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business efficiency through functional system support, business analysis, and collaboration across engineering and business units. The candidate will contribute to large-scale business applications and projects, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers and stakeholders.
• Support multiple concurrent projects with cost-benefit analysis, ROI tracking, and strategic alignment.
• Act as liaison between business teams and IT to develop technical solutions and drive business value.
• Participate in solution validation and testing, working closely with engineering to manage escalations.
• Analyze and document complex workflows and business processes using data tools and logic models.

How you will make an impact:

• Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmap and GTM alignment.
• Develop messaging and positioning for Skills & Learning agents, tailored to internal sales and external customers.
• Create and execute GTM strategies highlighting AI-powered value propositions.
• Manage internal pilots to validate hypotheses and drive early adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business marketing, sales, and field teams.

The expertise you bring:

• 5-7 years of business systems analysis or related experience in information management.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with experience leading technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in commercial/inbound environments.
