Team Red Dog is seeking a creative and experienced part-time Senior Writer to join a vibrant team dedicated to showcasing customer and partner success stories. In this role, you'll dive deep into the world of cutting-edge technology, working with a multinational company to bring to life the journeys of customers and partners through engaging long-form case studies. Your work will be featured on platforms like LinkedIn and shared widely across the tech industry, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while expanding your portfolio. If you're passionate about storytelling and have a keen understanding of CRM/ERP systems, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

Top Skills Required (Must haves):

  • Dynamics 365 Experience (3+ Years): Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365, including implementation and usage.
  • Content Writing & Editing (5+ Years): Extensive experience in writing and editing content, with a focus on creating impactful case studies for customer products.
  • Technical & Non-Technical Communication: Proven ability to write for both technical audiences and non-technical consumers, ensuring clarity and engagement across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging, long-form case studies that showcase customer successes, product capabilities, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information, establish technical specifications, and determine the subject matter for publication.
  • Ensure that all content is organized, clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience, whether technical or non-technical.
  • Maintain meticulous records of your work, including drafts, revisions, and final versions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience, with a focus on case studies, technical documentation, or similar content.
  • Strong background in ERP and CRM systems, with hands-on experience in implementation and usage.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism, Communications, or a technical field like Computer Science.
