Team Red Dog is seeking an Advertising Campaign Manager (Paid Media, Gaming) to support our client, a leading global gaming organization, to deliver world-class marketing experiences that engage millions of gamers worldwide. In this role, you’ll help drive acquisition and retention for a major gaming subscription service by leading innovative marketing campaigns across console, PC, mobile, and cloud platforms. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Marketing Campaign Development (8+ years): Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the gaming industry.
  2. Copywriting and Messaging (8+ years): Strong storytelling ability with experience crafting compelling content that drives user engagement and aligns with brand voice.
  3. Project Management (8+ years): Expertise in planning, organizing, and delivering complex marketing campaigns, ensuring milestones are met and assets are executed flawlessly.
  4. Azure DevOps / Paid Ad Trafficking: Hands-on experience managing campaign deployments, ad trafficking, and collaborating with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments.

You’ll partner with creative, design, and analytics teams to drive growth and engagement through data-driven digital marketing strategies. How you will make an impact:
• Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across console, PC, and mobile for a global gaming subscription service.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop campaign strategies that drive sign-ups, upgrades, and retention.
• Define audience targeting strategies and establish testing plans for campaign optimization.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to assess campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
• Develop creative playbooks and communicate campaign executions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage campaign builds and deployments through Azure DevOps and ensure seamless handoff to production teams.
• Support partner and stakeholder management across internal teams and key external partners.

The expertise you bring:
• 8+ years in digital marketing, product marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
• Strong experience developing and managing performance-based digital campaigns.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture and audiences.
