Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a large-scale, high-impact summit for a global technology client. This short-term role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making big events run flawlessly., coordinating and executing a high-profile event. This short-term role offers the chance to lead a large-scale summit from planning through delivery, with hybrid flexibility leading up to the summit and onsite involvement during the event itself. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong project management and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Project Management (5–7 years): Experience managing large-scale projects or events, including timelines, logistics, and cross-team coordination.
  2. Communications (5+ years): Skilled at creating and editing presentations, updating SharePoint sites, and delivering clear, effective communications.
  3. Leading Without Authority (5+ years): Proven ability to influence, organize, and drive collaboration across diverse teams without direct management authority.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the chance to take a leadership position in delivering a high-impact summit with significant visibility across the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to blend your project management and communications expertise while helping to ensure a seamless event experience. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and provides a mix of hybrid work flexibility and onsite leadership.

How you will make an impact:
• Lead project management for the summit, including pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and communications across teams to ensure readiness.
• Create and edit decks, maintain SharePoint sites, and support team communications.
• Act as executive producer during the summit, overseeing AV, ensuring sessions run smoothly, and managing event logistics.

The expertise you bring:
• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably with large-scale event delivery.
• 5+ years of communications experience, including deck creation, SharePoint management, and messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
