Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Excellent Writing and Editing Skills – Minimum 3 years of experience writing and editing content for product interfaces, with a strong command of tone, clarity, and technical accuracy.
2. Foundational Study in UX Design, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Informatics, Communications, or a related field – Academic or practical background supporting user-centric communication.
3. Tool Proficiency – Minimum 3 years of experience using project management tools (ADO, JIRA), productivity software, Figma, and Copilot to drive collaboration and design delivery.

Opportunity Overview:
This role is an exciting opportunity to define and enhance content experiences for millions of global users. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, design, and language—helping to set standards, shape design systems, and deliver user experiences that make security products more approachable and effective.

How you will make an impact:

• Plan deliverables by coordinating with product managers, product designers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify key terms, facilitate terminology vetting, and ensure language consistency.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to finalize workflows and provide actionable, readable content aligned to standards.
• Ensure coherence between UI and documentation by partnering with technical writers.
• Prepare, update, and maintain content experience guidelines and documentation.
• Work with user experience researchers to validate designs, gather insights, and inform design decisions.

The expertise you bring:

• 3 or more years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field.
• Foundational study in UX design, journalism, English, creative writing, informatics, communications, or a related discipline.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for user interfaces and digital products.
• Proficiency in ADO, JIRA, productivity suites, Figma, and Copilot.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
