Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales Representative to support our Global Technology client in driving sales of cutting-edge Business Applications—including Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance, Power Platform, and AI tools—for the K–12 and Community College education market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to engage with educational institutions across the Americas and help them transform operations with innovative cloud-based solutions.

 

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Cloud Software Sales Experience: Proven ability to sell SaaS or cloud-based products.
  2. Collaboration Across Virtual Teams: Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, partners, and account executives to align customer needs with available solutions.
  3. Sales Opportunity and Pipeline Management: Experience managing the full sales cycle, tracking progress, and using CRM systems to forecast and prioritize leads.

 

Opportunity Overview:
In this role, you’ll help shape the way educational institutions adopt transformative digital tools. As part of the Education sales team, you’ll assist Account Executives in developing customer relationships, identifying licensing opportunities, and promoting this Fortune 100 client’s AI-powered business solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about helping education customers succeed through technology.

How you will make an impact:

  • Assist Account Executives in renewing customer licensing agreements and recommending Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to quote prices, coordinate demos, and build new sales pipelines.
  • Contact prospective and existing customers to explain product features and generate orders.
  • Support Customer Support teams to resolve post-purchase challenges.
  • Identify new business opportunities using directories and lead-generation activities.
  • Stay up to date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ offerings.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent training.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, processes, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage time independently while achieving results.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
