Senior Technical Program Manager

Team Red Dog - United States

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to support our client's buildout organization within a high-impact identity and security team. This is currently a pipeline position that is set to start in June. It will be 100% remote and offer the opportunity to work with mission-driven professionals who are innovating in cloud security, capacity expansion, and operational excellence. You will own key responsibilities that directly affect the reliability, reach, and success of our client's infrastructure and expansion across clouds and regions.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • Kusto (KQL): 2+ years of experience using Kusto to conduct in-depth data queries and analysis across high-volume datasets.
  • Azure DevOps: Strong familiarity with ADO for task tracking, backlog management, and project coordination.
  • Power Automate (Power Apps and Flows): Used for daily operational tasks, including quota management and automation.
  • Quota & Capacity Management: Background in interpreting requests, managing access, and supporting buildouts at scale.

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the core of the Security organization and directly supports its goal to protect users and systems worldwide. The selected TPM will work within the EQSP (Entra Edge and Quality Services and Programs) team, helping to shape scalable processes and support expansion into new clouds and regions. The work is highly collaborative and includes regular cross-team partnership with Azure and identity teams.

How you will make an impact:

  • Own and execute quota management responsibilities using Kusto and Power Platform.
  • Analyze datasets to identify data gaps, miscommunications, and blockers.
  • Manage tooling and resource access in Azure DevOps with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Partner with internal teams, engineering, and Azure capacity to streamline manual overhead.
  • Assist in defining requirements to improve automation and reduce process friction.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, supply chain, data center capacity management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or technical project management.
  • 2+ years of experience using Kusto (KQL).
  • Experience in quota management and tooling support.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams.
