This role offers the opportunity to work on Microsoft Edge Browser, which reaches billions of users worldwide. You’ll be part of the AI & CoPilot division, analyzing data, building models, and driving insights that shape user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. How you will make an impact:
• Contribute to weekly business metric reporting by analyzing movements, building dashboards, and communicating findings clearly.
• Process and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and challenges in user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Apply statistical and machine learning models to uncover insights and guide leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, developers, finance, and marketing to support business growth.
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Insights, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Proven ability to work with big data platforms such as Databricks, Cosmos, or Azure.
• Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated history of success in data-driven roles.
