This role offers the chance to work within the Xbox commerce platform, supporting the purchase experience that empowers publishers and delights millions of players worldwide. You’ll coordinate publisher onboarding, manage communications, and help develop go-to-market materials that shape how new features reach the market. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to global initiatives and see your efforts directly influence player experiences and publisher success.
How you will make an impact:
• Coordinate publisher onboarding and engagement for Xbox Clubs and commerce features.
• Communicate updates to top publishers through email and distribution lists.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to share education materials and feature updates.
• Prepare documentation and support lightweight user research or feedback collection.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings; external publisher communication is primarily asynchronous.
The expertise you bring:
• 8–10 years of relevant program or project coordination experience (open to strong candidates with 4+ years).
• Proven record of stakeholder communication, cross-team coordination, and documentation excellence.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or go-to-market project workflows.
• Strong writing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
