Opportunity Overview: Our client, a SaaS Co--Software company, is looking for a Marketing Manager skilled in customer retention to collaborate with cross-departmental teams in developing strategic marketing plans to hit defined goals for customer retention. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. The Customer Retention Marketing Manager will own strategy development aimed at scaling user engagement and retention programs. You will play an integral role in defining innovative ways to nurture and retain customer relationships, reduce their churn, and improve engagement and lifetime value.
