Team Red Dog is hiring a Software Engineer to work with our client on cutting-edge audio solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on low-level hardware, Windows drivers, and debugging for audio systems on the Intel or Qualcomm side. If you have experience with C/C++, device drivers, and debugging tools, this is an exciting opportunity to work on new, innovative products and shape the future of audio technology.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • C/C++ and C# Development – Minimum 2+ years of experience developing drivers and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Debugging and Analysis Tools – Minimum 1 year of experience with logic analyzers or debuggers for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Device Driver Development – Minimum 1 year of experience with developing and maintaining device drivers in a Windows environment.
  • Audio Systems Experience – Experience in the audio domain is a strong plus.

How you will make an impact:

  • Modify existing code and develop new solutions aligned with product architecture and roadmap.
  • Develop drivers, manage integration, and ensure proper release management and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product teams to streamline development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs quickly and effectively, working closely with the test team.
  • Participate in standups, sprints, and sync meetings to provide regular updates.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development, including C/C++ and C# development.
  • Experience with debugging and analyzing systems using logic analyzers or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of device drivers and experience working in a Windows development environment.
  • Experience with Git and workflow management tools like ADO.
  • Audio systems experience is a plus.
