Our client, a global technology leader, is looking for a Marketing Product Manager to join their team supporting third-party games and content within the Xbox ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Xbox’s dynamic marketing team to enhance monetization strategies, support third-party publishers, and drive player engagement across the ecosystem.

Opportunity Overview: The Marketing Program Manager will be instrumental in crafting product value propositions and optimizing monetization strategies for third-party games on Xbox. This role involves close collaboration with product development, planning, pricing, and positioning teams to drive Xbox’s market success. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in interpreting market trends, developing actionable reports, and analyzing revenue and engagement to ensure the Xbox marketing team remains agile and responsive to market shifts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and analyze revenue and engagement reports to inform and adjust strategies (20%)
  • Create forward-looking reports to guide targeted programs (20%)
  • Mine data outside of the organization for valuable insights into the broader gaming ecosystem (15%)
  • Establish and refine success metrics for strategies and campaigns (25%)
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify new opportunities for Xbox and its third-party partners (20%)

 Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, engagement, and/or trend analysis, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in project management, capable of managing multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to examine complex problems and develop data-driven, innovative solutions
  • Basic knowledge of report structures and a high level of organization, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in a large corporate environment with the ability to relate well to other people and work cross-functionally
