Team Red Dog is seeking a detail-driven Program Coordinator for Master Data Operations to support a global technology leader in managing high-impact supply chain and planning data. This fully remote, (CST hours preferred) role blends master data management, Excel-driven analysis, and PMO-style coordination to ensure accuracy, governance, and consistency across enterprise planning systems—making it an excellent opportunity for data-focused professionals looking to grow in operations, governance, and program support.

 

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Advanced Excel & Data Handling – Expertise working with large datasets, including data validation, cleansing, formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, and template-based reporting to maintain data accuracy and readiness.
  2. Master Data & Data Quality Processes – Hands-on experience performing master data updates, validations, frozen file checks, scenario data loads, and maintaining governance and traceability across planning systems.
  3. Project Management / PMO Tools & Governance – Experience supporting structured project processes using trackers, logs, governance templates, meeting materials, and tools such as MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or ADO.

 

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers high visibility within a fast-paced planning and supply chain environment, combining structured data work with cross-functional coordination. You’ll support critical planning cycles, governance processes, and reporting efforts while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise tools, operational workflows, and PMO best practices. It’s an ideal role for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and making complex data usable for decision-making.

How you will make an impact:
• Perform daily master data updates and validations across UOM, BOM, quantities, hierarchies, attributes, and frozen files.
• Execute manual data entry, cleansing, formatting, and normalization in support of the Data Steward.
• Prepare and maintain data for scenario planning cycles, including loading inputs, validating deltas, and refreshing versions.
• Maintain accurate, timely data quality Management Information (MI) for planning and supplier alignment.
• Ensure all data changes comply with governance controls, documentation standards, and traceability requirements.
• Support reporting and metric preparation for capacity planning, supplier alignment, and KPIs.
• Assist with audit readiness by reviewing data completeness, identifying gaps, and tracking issues.
• Maintain version control, trackers, change logs, and organized shared file structures.
• Partner with engineering, category, PM, and planning teams to capture updates and manage incoming data requests.
• Support governance meetings, touchpoints, and process workflows across master data operations.

The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in data operations, PM support, or planning environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools; experience with planning tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with master data management, data governance, and quality controls.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistent accuracy.
