Team Red Dog is seeking a systems-minded Product Designer to join our client’s Research & Design team. This fully remote role will focus on evolving the user experience for account and subscription flows, as well as contributing to a broader design system migration. This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable, user-centered interfaces within a collaborative design culture. Candidates should have strong Figma and visual design experience and be comfortable working across cross-functional teams.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Figma & Design Systems (5+ years): Experience with creating, managing, and migrating component/design system libraries.
• Cross-functional Collaboration (5+ years): Proven success in working with engineering and product to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Visual & Interaction Design (3+ years): Skilled in creating polished, accessible, and consistent digital product experiences.
• A copy or link to your portfolio demonstrating end-to-end flows, clear user journey mapping and clear thought to how the customer goes from the first point to the end points (an explanation of design process and collaboration).

Opportunity Overview: This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys crafting well-structured experiences that scale across platforms. You’ll contribute to foundational flows and components, participate in design system migration, and help improve the site’s user experience at scale.

• Design and evolve scalable components and patterns that align with a new design system.
• Enhance user flows related to subscriptions, account management, and commerce across desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and PM partners to define and execute user-centered experiences.
• Support the migration of legacy UI while balancing consistency, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and syncs to maintain cohesion and quality.
• Create prototypes, specs, and documentation using Figma to support implementation.

How you will make an impact:

• Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmap and GTM alignment.
• Develop messaging and positioning for Skills & Learning agents, tailored to internal sales and external customers.
• Create and execute GTM strategies highlighting AI-powered value propositions.
• Manage internal pilots to validate hypotheses and drive early adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business marketing, sales, and field teams.

The expertise you bring:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products or systems.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, particularly in structured, component-based design libraries.
• Ability to balance design craft with system thinking in platform environments. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows, design storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
