Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Engagement Lead to join our client’s Digital Strategy and eCommerce team. This role will play a key part in shaping how the organization partners with global retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Currys, JB Hi-Fi, and JD.com to drive consumer sales across M365, Windows, and Surface. The position focuses on leading global social commerce and retail media strategies, ensuring the client remains a leader in connecting with consumers through digital channels.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. 10+ years in social strategy, content strategy, influencer strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, with experience in brand or agency environments.
2. 5+ years in partner, digital, or eCommerce marketing, supporting enterprise-level campaigns.
3. 3+ years working in large, global organizations, ideally with consumer electronics, retail brands, or social media platforms.
4. Deep understanding of social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), with knowledge of hyper-local platforms (e.g., Douyin, WeChat, Red Book, LINE).

Opportunity Overview:
This is a global, high-impact role that combines social commerce innovation, influencer marketing, and retail media networks. You’ll collaborate with international teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia to define strategies, influence campaigns, and strengthen the organization’s position across multiple markets. How you will make an impact:

• Drive alignment between client’s first-party social channels and retailer social campaigns.
• Evolve and expand retail partner social strategies globally with regional leads.
• Support channel marketing managers with campaign strategy, best practices, and social content.
• Lead creation of social inputs for executive engagements with major global retailers.
• Maintain the Social Commerce Playbook and Global Influencer Strategy Playbook.
• Shape and activate global Retail Media Network strategies in partnership with international leaders.
• Pilot innovative co-branded and personalized campaigns with key retail partners.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions to strengthen retail marketing capabilities.

The expertise you bring:

• 10–15 years in social, content, influencer, and integrated marketing strategy.
• 5+ years in digital, partner, or eCommerce marketing.
• 3+ years in large, complex organizations with global operations.
• Track record of scaling social, influencer, and retail media strategies internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
