This fully remote role supports a high-visibility startup and founder ecosystem, driving account-based marketing programs that connect early-stage companies with Azure, AI, and Microsoft’s global partner network. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution – 8+ years designing and delivering multi-channel ABM programs, including account segmentation, personalization, and integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner ecosystems.
  2. Marketing Data, Tooling & Performance Analytics – 8+ years working hands-on with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to track engagement, attribution, conversion, and account-level impact.
  3. Ecosystem- and Event-Led Campaign Orchestration – 8+ years activating ABM motions through investors, partners, and high-impact events, translating engagement signals into measurable business outcomes.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to lead ecosystem-driven Account Based Marketing programs that attract, nurture, and activate high-potential startup founders. Working across Marketing, Sales, Startup Success, Events, and Partner teams, this position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, experimentation, and optimization. The work directly supports Microsoft for Startups by connecting founders to Azure, AI infrastructure, credits, and partner resources while shaping scalable ABM plays that drive recruitment, engagement, and portfolio growth.

How you will make an impact:
• Design, execute, and optimize ABM programs targeting priority startup and founder segments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns across content, events, digital, and ecosystem channels
• Lead segmentation, lead nurturing, and account prioritization initiatives aligned to business objectives
• Analyze account signals and performance data to refine targeting, improve engagement, and inform next-step actions
• Manage campaign execution with strong operational rigor, timelines, and reporting
• Translate insights into clear updates, recommendations, and repeatable ABM playbooks

The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing
• Hands-on experience with ABM tooling, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards
• Proven ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
