  1. Project Management: Oversee deal documentation, approvals, and execution across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within service-level agreements (SLAs).
  2. Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally with legal, licensing, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
  3. Contract Review: Manage the review and approval process for contracts, amendments, and business letters to ensure compliance with corporate standards and approval matrices.
  4. Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel functions, pivot tables, and charts for deal tracking, reporting, and analysis.

The Device Partner Sales (DPS) organization builds, markets, and sells a world-class portfolio of devices and services that delight customers worldwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, compliance, and partner engagement—driving operational excellence for a global OEM partner network.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage deal documentation, including contracts, amendments, and business letters, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals with v-teams and designated approvers across multiple business units.
  • Partner closely with licensing to cross-reference existing agreements and align renewal contracts with custom terms.
  • Submit all deal documentation for compliance adherence and maintain accurate tracking.
  • Participate in weekly deal review meetings to maintain visibility into new submissions.
  • Troubleshoot operational and incentive issues with operations teams.
  • Update and manage program documents and price lists in the Device Partner Center (DPC).
  • Maintain detailed monthly reports and create resource guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
  • Build and maintain trust with stakeholders through clear, professional communication and collaboration.

The expertise you bring:

  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and visualization using pivot tables and charts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • DPS/OEM or similar experience in partner-driven organizations preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work fully online (no offline work permitted).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Rate: $6,500 - $7,200/month
