Our client, a global technology leader, is looking for a Technical Program Manager for an exciting opportunity in Industrial Controls Platform Development! Opportunity Overview:

The purpose of this team is to develop an industrial controls platform that integrates software and hardware components. As a Feature Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing program requirements, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of projects through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Projects:

  • Contributing to the industrial controls platform project development.
  • Capturing and organizing feature requirements for integration with existing Microsoft technologies.
  • Managing end-to-end feature lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Requirements Management:
    • Capture and manage requirements to ensure they are actionable and align with project goals.
    • Translate live customer interviews and team meetings into Epics, Features, and Tasks using Azure DevOps.
    • Document functional specifications to inform design and development decisions.
  • Program Coordination:
    • Provide project schedules and regular status reports.
    • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align on deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve blockers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Interface with clients and internal teams on project-related matters from initiation to delivery.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 5+ years in program management or related roles.
  • Educational Background: No specific degree required, but relevant experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with IoT and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of industrial controls platforms and related technologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change.
