This high-visibility, hybrid (Redmond, WA) role is perfect for program managers who enjoy owning end-to-end hardware qualification workflows, partnering with engineering, and driving operational excellence that impacts millions of customers worldwide.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Program Management (2+ years): Lead complex qualification workflows, track deliverables, and ensure on-time execution across supply chain and engineering teams.

  4. Cloud Server Hardware & Procurement Expertise (2+ years): Support PO creation, hardware requests, and commodity qualification needs for next-gen cloud infrastructure.

Opportunity Overview:
This is a rare opportunity to influence cloud infrastructure at scale while working directly with cutting-edge server hardware technologies. You’ll collaborate with world-class engineers, supply chain operations, and lab teams to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce cycle times that directly impact global cloud availability. This role blends technical coordination, hardware lifecycle visibility, and analytics-driven program leadership—perfect for candidates who enjoy solving complex operational puzzles and being at the center of cloud innovation.

How you will make an impact:
• Own and manage the end-to-end commodity qualification process and drive on-time progress.
• Manage detailed qualification testing workflows: SKU layout planning, hardware quantity forecasting, purchase tracking, and lab capacity scheduling.
• Coordinate qualification requests and prioritization across engineering, supply chain, lab teams, and partner organizations.
• Lead weekly v-team meetings to track status, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Work with engineering to streamline pre-qualification processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with NPI, product qualification, and spares lifecycle teams on hardware mapping and sample dependencies.
• Build KPI analytics and dashboards using Power BI, ADO, and OnePDM to inform leadership decisions.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce hardware qualification cycle time.
• Strengthen relationships with labs, engineering, and technical teams responsible for commodity testing and performance analysis.

The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, qualification testing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with cloud server hardware, procurement workflows, and purchase order processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hardware dependencies.
• Proficiency with Power BI, ADO, OnePDM, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:
Highly successful candidates excel at driving clarity across complex workflows, coordinating hardware needs efficiently, and proactively identifying risks before they impact timelines. They are detail-oriented planners who thrive in fast-paced technical environments, communicate clearly with engineering teams, and enjoy improving operational processes that support next-generation infrastructure. Confidence, coordination strength, and curiosity about cloud hardware ecosystems make a strong match for this role.
