Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
Customer Experience Strategy: 8+ years of experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys, focused on improving performance and touchpoint integration across digital channels.
B2B Digital Marketing: At least 8 years of hands-on experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple digital platforms (email, in-product, paid, etc.).
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Proven success building and executing digital campaign strategies, aligning with business objectives and managing delivery across channels.
Cross-functional Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead pods, build consensus across teams, and communicate strategy and results to stakeholders at all levels.

How you will make an impact:
• Define and revise the end-to-end commercial customer journey strategy.
• Own and lead all-up marketing strategy across the funnel.
• Lead the Commercial Integrated Marketing Pod, unifying strategy, execution, and experimentation.
• Develop a proactive, integrated marketing calendar aligned to business goals.
• Deliver integrated digital marketing plans and launch execution across organization channels.
• Partner across the org to ensure consistent storytelling and cohesive customer touchpoints.
• Build executive-level reports, forecasts, and MBR content to communicate results and strategy.
• Support customer experience and product marketing alignment through journey optimization.
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–10+ years of integrated marketing and customer experience strategy, ideally within B2B.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing execution across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and customer journey development.
• Strong leadership experience across virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with marketing automation tools and analytics teams.
• Strategic mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through.
