Team Red Dog is looking for a Program Manager - Experimentation and Insights to support our client’s consumer sales enablement organization. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in digital experimentation, A/B testing, and stakeholder management who can plan, execute, and analyze experiments that directly shape the customer experience across large-scale digital stores.

2. 7+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
3. 4+ years’ experience with online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices.

Opportunity Overview:
This role provides the opportunity to lead experimentation on high-visibility web platforms that influence millions of customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, analytics, design, and product teams to plan, design, and deliver impactful experiments. This fully remote role allows you to collaborate across diverse teams while directly contributing to innovation in the digital consumer subscription space.

How you will make an impact:

• Plan and execute experiments as the Experimentation Program Manager, including strategic planning, roadmaps, and test design.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document new experiment designs.
• Finalize experiment readouts and ensure proper posting in central repositories.
• Review analyses of completed tests to validate results, provide insights, and recommend next steps.
• Maintain and expand the library of experiments, Insights, and Learning Series, improving quality and impact.
• Run reports for planning sessions, guardrail check-ins, and test duration estimates.
• Collaborate with tool partners to provision and manage accounts for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and other tools.
• Support training, community engagement, and knowledge sharing around experimentation best practices.
• Actively participate in team standups, planning, and cross-functional collaboration meetings.

The expertise you bring:

• 5–10 years of professional experience.
• Proven success in driving digital projects to completion with measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in A/B testing, UX, and eCommerce best practices.
• Proficiency with experimentation tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of traffic source analysis and customer journey evaluation.
• Experience in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure DevOps (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sprint planning, Kanban maintenance, and operational project responsibilities.
• Some front-end development knowledge (helpful but not required).
