Project Manager - Training

We're excited to introduce an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager within our client's process and governance team. This newly formed team is committed to enhancing processes and governance within a multinational technology organization. The main responsibilities of this role include overseeing training activities, assessing effectiveness, creating training manuals, and ensuring overall satisfaction with courses and materials. We're actively seeking candidates from all backgrounds who bring relevant experience within this organizational setting.

Top Skills Required:

  • 2 Years of instructional experience delivering courses and developing training materials within a training space.
  • Self-directed and adept at working autonomously.
  • Critical thinker. Proficiency in spontaneously formulating inquiries to gather essential information in real-time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Documentation scrubbing, talking to people and customers.
  • Efficiently gathers data and engages in brief, focused meetings, emphasizing thorough documentation. 
  • Organize, review and validate existing training procedure manuals, guides and course materials.
  • Work with teams to monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, employee interviews or collaboration groups.
  • Support and drive content review and development of existing and new training material.

Qualifications:

  • Training experience or experience assisting in training courses as an admin or coordinator.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, diligence, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
  • Knowledge of procurement and contracting processes.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical groups in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with an open and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and present using tools like PowerPoint and Outlook.
