Team Red Dog is looking for a Silicon Program Manager to support our client’s cutting-edge silicon engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced silicon chip and IP development, helping manage modules and test chips while collaborating with world-class engineers. This role is onsite in Redmond, WA, and offers the chance to work on industry-leading silicon program initiatives.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. 5–8 years of program management experience in silicon environments, including driving schedules, managing deliverables, and coordinating engineering teams.
  2. 4–5 years of experience with silicon engineering, with a strong understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminology.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) to deliver clear reporting and presentations.

Opportunity Overview:
This role provides the opportunity to support the development of test chips and modules for one of the most advanced silicon process nodes. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teams to manage program schedules, organize task reviews, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stakeholders. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking silicon design work while managing complex, large-scale projects.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage the coding efforts of silicon engineering teams.
  • Maintain task lists, reviews, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Interface with engineering teams to consolidate inputs and support test chip development.
  • Drive program/project schedules and prepare regular status reports.
  • Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide technical and analytical updates to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of silicon program management.
  • 4–5 years of experience with silicon engineering and a strong grasp of analog silicon concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage complex program schedules and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
