Team Red Dog is looking for a Product Designer to support a global productivity and collaboration leader, helping shape intuitive, human-centered AI and UX design experiences within SharePoint. In this hybrid role (Redmond, WA), you’ll contribute to innovative AI-powered content and knowledge experiences while collaborating closely with designers, PMs, researchers, and engineers to build modern, scalable solutions for enterprise users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the SharePoint AI design team, where you’ll help shape next-generation agentic and AI-powered content management experiences used across the enterprise. You’ll work directly on emerging AI-driven UX initiatives that drive meaningful innovation in knowledge management and collaboration platforms.
How you will make an impact:
• Produce UX design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Apply human-centered design methodologies to solve complex problems simply and effectively.
• Incorporate research insights, feedback, and customer signals into design decisions.
• Collaborate closely across product, engineering, design, and research teams.
• Build prototypes to validate concepts and refine interaction models.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure quality and consistency across experiences.
• Adapt quickly and iterate thoughtfully in a fast-moving AI design environment.
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent UX/UI experience.
• 0–2 years of product, UX, or interaction design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital UX work, flows, problem-solving, and interaction design.
• Experience prototyping with Figma or comparable tools.
• Strong craft quality, attention to detail, and openness to iteration and feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary partners and communicate design intent.
• Experience or exposure to AI-driven or agentic design concepts is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex user problems through UX thinking.
• Strong examples of digital interaction and product design work (vs. purely visual design).
• Experience presenting UX case studies and articulating design rationale.
• Familiarity with AI-powered or agent-based product design environments.
