• Product Management (8–10 years): Proven experience developing product and requirements documentation, guiding technical execution, and presenting to leadership.
• Ownership Mindset (5–8 years): Ability to take full leadership over a project area, including roadmap direction and cross-functional execution.
• Conflict Management (8–10 years): Skilled in navigating ambiguity, resolving team or stakeholder friction, and aligning groups to shared outcomes.

Opportunity Overview:

This role supports a strategic consumer experience team, helping build a brand-new program targeting very small businesses (VSB), currently planned to launch in 2026. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and senior leadership while contributing to both foundational documentation and high-level vision planning.

How you will make an impact:

• Contribute directly to the development of a new product space with Fortune 50 scale
• Help shape customer journey and requirements for consumer selling services
• Create requirement documents, stakeholder presentations, and product briefs
• Attend and drive cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, and leadership
• Support ongoing product workstreams while backfilling for a core contributor
• Manage product timelines, documentation quality, and leadership engagement

The expertise you bring:

• 8–10 years of product management experience, ideally in customer-centric or consumer products
• Experience leading through ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Comfortable building and refining detailed product documents and stakeholder presentations
• Adept at working across teams and disciplines to drive alignment
• Effective at navigating conflict and surfacing clear action paths
