Privacy Manager (Part-Time)

Team Red Dog is looking for a Part-Time Privacy Manager to join our Global Tech client’s CO+I Privacy Team based in Redmond, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world leader in technology, supporting privacy compliance and privacy-by-design initiatives. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. 2+ years of experience performing Privacy Reviews, including privacy impact assessments and compliance reviews.
  2. Strong knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to interpret and apply requirements in real-world scenarios.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience consulting and collaborating across multiple business units.
  4. Bachelor’s degree required; IAPP privacy certification (such as CIPP) strongly preferred.

This role provides valuable exposure to privacy compliance within a multinational corporation. You will be directly involved in Microsoft’s data center business—an innovative and highly visible area—and support projects in cutting-edge fields such as AI. How you will make an impact:
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and routine privacy reviews for ad hoc requests.
• Provide feedback and guidance on privacy submissions.
• Support privacy-by-design initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and respond to privacy inquiries.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful submissions.

The expertise you bring:
• 2–4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience performing Privacy Reviews.
• Minimum 1+ years of consulting experience, including engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide ad hoc consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; IAPP privacy certification (such as CIPP) strongly preferred.
