Microsoft Certified Trainer

Our client, a global technology and software leader, is looking for a Microsoft Certified Trainer for the Skilling Team. The Trainer will support strategic and operational functions for 50+ tailored skilling engagements, targeting nonprofit and intergovernmental partners worldwide. This role involves curating learning pathways, engaging with partners to align training with strategic goals, and delivering live training sessions to a wide range of audiences, from front-line workers to C-suite executives.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, focusing on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Azure Data and AI, Fabric, and related technologies.
  2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with partner organizations to assess skilling needs and develop comprehensive training plans, focusing on AI fluency, M365 Copilot, and Azure Open AI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, engaging with users at all levels, including developers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Promote complex programs, leveraging data and performance metrics to showcase program value and impact.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of training opportunities, aligning with program priorities and strategic goals.
  • Communicate effectively through written reports and high-stakes presentations, articulating the value of AI skills investments.
  • Contribute to or lead project planning efforts, including timelines, milestones, and performance metrics for various programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure compliance and program success.
  • Track and monitor success criteria and performance metrics using dashboards and scorecards.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for program optimization.
  • Deliver live training sessions on Microsoft M365 Copilot and Azure Data+ AI, catering to various audiences, including executive-level participants.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, focusing on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement skilling strategies.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A history of successful partner engagement and support.
  • Ability to collaborate across internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and skilling.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer certification preferred.
  • Experience delivering training to diverse audiences, from front-line workers to executives.
