Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Senior AI Product Manager to support a Fortune 100 technology leader on a high-impact initiative focused on transforming enterprise contract management and legal business processes using agentic AI. This hybrid role (Redmond, WA) blends AI product management and technical program leadership, offering hands-on ownership of AI-driven solutions within a complex, enterprise-scale environment supporting Legal Affairs and Philanthropies organizations.

 

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Enterprise-scale product management experience – 10+ years defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and delivering complex products within large, matrixed organizations.
  2. Hands-on AI product development – 3+ years writing detailed technical features for AI-powered products, including experience with AI agents and modern AI stacks.
  3. Technical program management expertise – 5+ years driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery across engineering and business teams.
  4. Business process transformation – Proven ability to deeply analyze complex workflows (such as contracting processes) and identify opportunities for AI-driven modernization.

 

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits within an internal product management group operating inside Digital, supporting Legal Affairs and Philanthropies businesses. You will play a critical role in modernizing enterprise contract management processes by identifying where AI and agentic solutions can deliver measurable improvements. The work is highly visible, technically deep, and focused on real-world impact across major Microsoft business groups.

How you will make an impact:
• Analyze and deeply understand enterprise contracting and related business processes
• Identify and define opportunities for AI-driven transformation
• Partner with business stakeholders to define scope and align priorities
• Write detailed technical features for AI solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver solutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop rollout plans and procedures
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed
• Present updates and outcomes to steering committees and project sponsors

• Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
• Proven technical program management experience in large, matrixed environments
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions across multi-platform systems
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology and business functions

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities
